BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH BETMYSTOCK, AND BY USING THE GAMING SYSTEMS OF BETMYSTOCK, YOU ("PLAYER") ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREAFTER.

THE PLAYER AGREES THAT PLAYER HAS VOLUNTARILY SOUGHT OUT AND ESTABLISHED CONTACT WITH BETMYSTOCK AND THIS WEB SITE.

1. Participation in BetMyStock's wagering system is open only to those individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Only one account is allowed per person.
2. A Player, by registering and opening an account with BetMyStock for the purposes of wagering and using the services of BetMyStock, acknowledges compliance with all rules herein and agrees to release BetMyStock, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the use, acceptance or possession of any prize or for the use of any portion or the web site.
3. A Player's interest in BetMyStock and the web site is personal and not professional: A Player's activity on the web site is solely for a Player's own personal entertainment. Any other activity, access, use or reuse of the web site by a Player, other than as expressly permitted in this agreement is strictly prohibited; A Player has the obligation each time he or she logs onto the web site, to refer to the Rules and Regulations section, located in the FAQ section, and to identify any modifications.
4. A Player, fully understanding, agreeing to, and becoming a party to, shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein, and all such rules, regulations, terms and conditions as they may change from time to time.
5. BetMyStock may modify the terms of this agreement at any time by posting such modification in the Player Agreement section of this Web Site. A Player's participation after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modifications. Any rules posted on the site are also deemed to have been read and agreed to by Player when that Player next uses the site.
6. All cash outs will be available as long as the advertising pot account balance can support it.  Cash outs will be delayed until the pot can support them.  Cash outs will be in order of requested.
7. BetMyStock reserves the right to void any winnings that were obtained as a result of hardware/software error or malfunction. Players found abusing such errors/malfunctions are subject to having their account closed and any deposits and/or winnings forfeited.
8. In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, BetMyStock will not be liable to any person: for any obligation other than that for which is specifically provided for by these Rules and Regulations; for the failure of, or losses resulting from damage to, or destruction to BetMyStock's central computer system or records, or any part thereof; for the failure of, or losses resulting from damage to, or destruction to a Player's computer software or hardware; for delays, losses, errors or omissions resulting from failure of any telecommunications or other data transmission system; for any delay resulting in non-receipt of any entry for a particular BetMyStock event.
9. BetMyStock will not be liable for any loss in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to loss occurring as a result of an Act of God, an outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, an act of terrorism, the act of any government or authority (including refusal or revocation of any license or consent, and/or expropriation), fire, explosion, flood, theft, malicious damage, strike, lock-out, or industrial action of any kind.
10. Wagers in BetMyStock system (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, forged, altered or tampered with in any way; if mechanically or electronically reproduced; if obtained outside authorized legitimate channels; or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic transmission or any other errors.
11. In an effort to protect Players from fraud, BetMyStock or its holding company, reserves the right to request additional information from Player at any time.
12. All information provided by Player must be accurate and verifiable. BetMyStock reserves the right to use 3rd party verification services to authenticate Player's account information. If Player has provided false information or is unable or unwilling to provide documentation to confirm Player's information, Player's account may be terminated and all activity within the account considered invalid..
13. If a Player loses Player's account privileges with BetMyStock due to misrepresentation, fraud or purchase disputes, BetMyStock reserves the right to terminate Player's account and all transactions from the account in question may be immediately reversed at the sole discretion of BetMyStock.
14. BetMyStock takes no responsibility for notifying winners other than to update the information available in the wager account summary statement
15. BetMyStock reserves the right to refuse payment to any Player that is found to be party to any organized wagering syndicates dedicated to changing and manipulating the odds available at BetMyStock.
16. BetMyStock shall have the right to reject any wager or withdraw any event at its absolute discretion. BetMyStock will not be liable for any loss whatever arising from the cancellation of any BetMyStock event.
17. Player agrees that Player's account may be closed and account balances forfeited if such account has been dormant for over 12 months and the profile information for such account does not contain current or correct information, making it impossible for BetMyStock to contact the Player.
18. At BetMyStock’s option, a win may be subject to verification by an independent judging organization before any payment is made. Decisions of the judging organization are final, binding and conclusive in all matters. A Player's sole remedy for any error or mistake by BeteMyStock in connection with a wager placed on BetMyStock's system shall be a replacement wager.
19. By accepting any winnings, Player consents to BetMyStocks use of Player's name and digital and/or electronic image or likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in any and all media now or hereafter known and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Player releases BetMyStock and BetMyStock's affiliates, assigns, or successors from any and all claims, causes of action, remedies and/or damages arising out of BetMyStock's use of the rights granted in this paragraph - including but not limited to claims for libel, defamation, violation of any rights of privacy and publicity, and infringement of any intellectual property right.
